Access Control Software Update (Onguard):
Furnish and install the latest version of Onguard access control soft required for system
operation.
SCI Benner Township located at 301 Institution Drive, Bellefonte, PA 16823.
Complete and verify the following items to ensure system operation:
Ensuring availability of required software, hardware, and licensing Ensuring that all items in the
Onguard system meets the minimum requirements Upgrade and testing of all clients and verify
functionality Upgrade and testing access control panels with proper firmware
Assist with the following items to ensure system operation: Import a Flat File or SQL Database
containing the cardholder data Import data into an Onguard database Provide a backup of the
Onguard database Import hardware into Onguard; controllers, readers, DI/DO boards, etc.
Programming / Training: Provide the initial programming and system configuration necessary for
the operation of the systems. Provide 1 hour of end user training at the completion of installation.
SCI Benner Twp to Provide: Flat File or SQL Database containing the cardholder data to be
imported Field mappings detailing the data flow from source to Onguard Existing access control
panels, field devices, server, workstation computers 120VAC for access control panels Network
Access and Static IP Addresses Patching / Painting / Permits
PC will be provided by the Institution
Software license will be for 64 door readers and all Licenses and installation media will be turned
over to the institution.
