RENOVATIONS OF TWO RESTROOMS AND EXTERIOR SIDING AND ROOF REPLACEMENT
The City of Groton will receive proposals at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 295 Meridian Street, Groton, Connecticut 06340, until 11:00 A.M. on November 13, 2025. There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid meeting, October 29, 2025, at 9:00 A.M. The pre-bid meeting will start at the brown building located behind the little league baseball field. The City is requesting proposals for the exterior siding of four (4) buildings and the replacement of shingled roofs on three (3) buildings and six (6) pavilions and the renovation of two restrooms located within the Park - at 155 Meridian Street, Groton, Connecticut.
