Description
Rehabilitation of 3,700 L.F. of 8-inch sanitary sewer using trenchless pipe replacement, including cleaning, pre and post video, rehabilitating 15 existing manholes, dig and replace 33 service connections, by-pass pumping, and appurtenances.

Dear Ms. Caneega:
We are attaching a copy of the advertisement for bid on subject project. As discussed,
the bid opening is scheduled for Thursday, May 7, 2026 until 2:00 p.m. local time. We
have coordinated with The Courier Herald newspaper for the advertisement to run two
times, April 11, 2026 and April 25, 2026. A copy of the advertisement should also be
posted at City Hall and placed on the City's website, if possible.
This project must also be posted on the Georgia Procurement Registry a minimum of
thirty days prior to the bid opening. We are also enclosing a project data sheet for your
use posting the project. If the City needs assistance with this process, please let us know.
