Roll Bars and Seat Deletes for Ford Mustang

The Georgia Department of Public Safety (DPS) is posting a bid to establish an open agency contract for one (1) year with four (4) - one (1) year optional renewals for Watson Racing (or approved equal) roll bars and rear seat deletes for Ford Mustangs. The roll bar and seat delete must fit together, so it is preferred that both items are made by the same manufacturer. The quantities listed are estimates only for annual purchase. No quantities or monetary value are guaranteed. The price quoted must include all delivery/shipping/fuel surcharge and insurance fees. No additional charges will be allowed. No minimum quantity requirements will be accepted. This bid is for product only, no installation.

Complete delivery within 8 weeks of Purchase Order (PO) issuance is preferred. Supplier must provide a contact for installation guidance.

Read the instructions carefully. Some documents are required to be completed and uploaded to the bid. Make sure you are registered with the Department of Revenue and are current with any tax payments as this is part of being a responsible supplier to be awarded a bid. Suppliers must also be registered with the GA Secretary of State Office https://sos.ga.gov/.

No bonds are required for this bid. Liability insurance in the amounts listed on the RFQ instruction document will be required.

The Contractor should upload as a separate document any discounts for early payment.
