The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) is an agency of the State of Ohio, responsible for administering the workers’ compensation insurance program in Ohio.
The Office of Safety Services is the education and loss prevention unit of BWC. Funded by workers’ compensation premiums and assessments, BWC’s Office of Safety Services Education & Training Services (ETSC) is an adult continuing education organization specializing in occupational safety and health education for Ohio employees and employers.

The management and staff of the ETSC believe that effective safety and health management practices are important in controlling workers’ compensation costs. A strong effort is made to select course offerings that emphasize the need for a safety-oriented business culture as well as regulatory compliance.

Process:
Please consider this as the State of Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation’s (BWC) Request for Quotation for content, expertise, and development collaboration for two online e-courses meeting annual and initial Supervisor Training for BWC’s Drug-free Safety Program (DFSP).
Should an order be placed as a result of this process, selection will be based upon the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder and/or Supplier.  A Tax Exemption Certificate will be available upon request.
