Exterior Landscape Maintenance Services RFP

Notice is hereby given the Georgia World Congress Center Authority (hereafter referred to as Authority or Owner) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from experienced firms specializing in providing in Exterior Landscape Maintenance Services for large public facilities as further described herein and in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP). This project includes, but is not limited to, providing comprehensive Exterior Landscape Maintenance Services for facilities of the Georgia World Congress Center Authority, which includes the Georgia World Congress Center and Centennial Olympic Park. The contract, if awarded, will be administrated by the Georgia World Congress Center Authority Facilities Management Department or other designee, located at 285 International Blvd. N.W.
