Synopsis:
|

Sealed Bids will be received by RMIS Engineering (RMIS) for the Roof-Wall Interface Alterations between the gymnasium walls and surrounding roofs. The work will involve the selective demolition of existing limestone masonry, alterations to air barriers, installation of new through wall flashing assemblies and restoration of affected adjacent roofing assemblies including modified bitumen membrane and ballasted EPDM membrane systems. The extent of the work is nominally 170 linear feet (52 m) of through wall flashing installation.

This project is being professionally managed on behalf of Conseil des Écoles Fransaskoises by RMIS.

The Work is anticipated to begin on June 29, 2026; the completion date is October 15, 2026
