Project Description: Invitation for Bid Notice: The City of Harrisburg is soliciting contractors for janitorial services. Submissions will be accepted electronically on Pennbid.net until 11:00 p.m. prevailing time, April 3, 2025 [EXTENDED TO APRIL 4 2025] and opened electronically with the Office of the Controller on the following business day where both parties are available. All solicitation details will be available at no cost on www.PennBid.net. All questions about the meaning or intent of the solicitation must be submitted in writing on PennBid.net. Telephone and e-mail inquiries will be directed to PennBid.net. Submissions will be considered valid for a period of 60 days.
Janitorial Services needed for three separate locations. A mandatory site meeting will be held at each location. Site meeting details to come.
