Project Description: Pittsburgh Water is requesting Proposals for Construction Management and Construction Inspection (CM/CI) for work related to surface restoration during the 2026 construction season. Work under this Contract includes the restoration of the street, sidewalk and property as required due to damage caused by work on Pittsburgh Water public water system including water mains, valves, service connections, and hydrants OR public sewer system including storm, sanitary, and combined sewer facilitates as required or directed. There are two, one-year optional year renewals for this contract.
