Shoeshine Services at the Tallahassee International Airport

Project Description: The City of Tallahassee (“City”) seeks to engage a qualified Vendor to operate a full-service shoeshine stand at the Tallahassee International Airport. The purpose of this project is to provide convenient, high-quality shoeshine services to airport patrons while enhancing the overall customer experience within the terminal. Under the terms of the resulting contract, the selected Vendor will furnish all labor, materials, supplies, services, skills, supervision, and tools necessary to operate a professional and customer-focused shoeshine business. The City of Tallahassee will provide a fully equipped, ready-to-use shoeshine stand and designate a specific area within the airport premises for the Vendor’s exclusive use during the contract term. The Vendor will be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for performing all routine maintenance and repairs as needed to keep the shoeshine stand and surrounding area clean, safe, and in proper working condition throughout the contract period.
Ownership of the shoeshine stand will remain with the City of Tallahassee at all times. No ownership, rights, or interests in the shoeshine stand shall transfer to the Vendor upon contract expiration or termination.
