SIGA Employee and Family Assistance Program Services

This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is issued to engage a qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) for Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) employees and their eligible family members across the province of Saskatchewan on an as needed basis. SIGA recognizes its employees as its greatest asset and understands that a healthy, supported, and productive workforce is essential to its ongoing success and growth. Through this RFP, SIGA seeks to continue offering a unique EFAP that provides employees with 24/7 access to confidential resources and supports to address personal and professional challenges.

The Scope of Services to be performed by the EFAP Service Provider may include, but not limited to Counselling Services (Short-Term Counselling, Ability to offer Long-Term Counselling Services, Lifestyle/Life Events Support for Employees and Covered Dependents, Online Resources, 24/7 Trauma Response / Critical Incident Crisis Management Services, Post-Traumatic Symptoms / Serious Depression Care, etc)
