Ballfield Concessions and Restrooms

The City of Garden City Parks and Recreation Department is accepting written proposals from qualified companies to design and construct metal concessions and restrooms for Clint Lightner Field, Fansler Field, and Cleaver Field, located in Frederick Finnup Park.

Proposals may be emailed in a PDF format with the subject line, “Proposal for Finnup Park concession and restrooms.” Please ensure the company submitting the proposal is clearly identified. The PDF should not exceed five (5) MB. If the file is larger than five (5) MB it should be submitted using a download link, compressed file, or via USB drive delivered to the above address.

RFP questions should be emailed to Ticia Herd no later than August 21, 2026. Ticia Herd will provide a written response to all contractors who have indicated interest in submitting a proposal and provided an email address by August 28, 2026.

All Proposals must be received by 9:00 AM on September 10, 2026. Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be read. All proposals will become the property of the City of Garden City.

The recommendation for the award will be presented to the City Commission on October 6, 2026.
