Oregon State University (“OSU” or “Owner”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit qualified firms to provide comprehensive commencement support services on the OSU campus in Corvallis, Oregon. (the “Project”) in support of Oregon State University Commencement only. Services may include, but are not limited to, planning, coordination, commencement logistics, stage construction and dismantling, lighting and audio/visual production, temporary electrical distribution, and site restoration.
