Solicitation Summary
MDH-BHA is issuing this solicitation to procure technical assistance investing in behavioral health providers' Electronic
Health Records (EHRs). This investment includes hardware, software, and training needed to use EHRS. MDH-BHA has established an Interoperability Program for Behavioral Health Providers. This program will: a) Adopt, implement, and/or upgrade/optimize EHR systems for Behavioral Health providers; b) Provide initial and ongoing user education services to Behavioral Health providers; and, c) Onboard and connect to CRISP, Maryland’s Health Information Exchange.
