The City of Las Vegas (City) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Offerors) to submit written proposals to provide hearing officer services for the City's Parking, Animal Protection, Code Enforcement, and Business Licensing hearings. The City intends to contract one Hearing Officer on an hourly basis, with a time commitment estimated to be less than 19 hours per week.
By means of this RFP, the City intends to award a contract for these services without delay, and establish a candidate pool to draw from in the event of future openings. To that end, this RFP will remain open and proposals will be accepted until at least May 2025. Proposals will be reviewed as soon as they are received.
