Request for Qualifications for Architectural Services

BI-RS-381-ARC, Former School of Business HVAC Replacement, 501 Crescent Street, New Haven, CT 06515. DAS/CS is seeking the services of a highly talented and experienced team to provide the following type of services in support of the above-reference Project. The former School of Business building will become the new home for the School of Education. The current HVAC systems in the facility (VRF and Daikin Generation 1) are no longer serviceable and parts are unavailable. Selective demolition will be required for the removal of the existing equipment and installation of the new equipment. Interior & exterior improvements will include but not be limited to; reconstruction of areas disturbed for installation of equipment, FF&E, and geothermal heating and cooling to accommodate the needs of the current building and a future expansion.
