Solicitation Summary

The Maryland Department of Health (Department), Office of Population Health Improvement (OPHI) is seeking the services of a vendor to coordinate, facilitate, draft, and submit to MDH a response to the Registered Nurse (RN) Degree Apprenticeship Program Study as required in the 2024 Joint Chairmen’s Report (page 108-109) .

Additional Instructions

Proposals must be submitted in eMMA . Proposals transmitted via any other means will not be accepted. Late proposals will not be accepted.

Questions must be submitted via email to the Procurement Officer at least five (5) days prior to the Application due date. Questions and responses will be compiled into a Q&A document and attached to this solicitation.
