The Lawton Service Unit (LSU), specifically the Lawton Indian Hospital (LIH) and Anadarko Indian Health Center (AIHC), Indian Health Service (IHS) has a requirement for contracting a medical queue management system that is HIPAA compliant. Services are looking to expand to include LIH patient benefits coordinators, AIHC laboratory, and AIHC pharmacy. The system should provide patient flow management, reduce wait times, increase customer service provided to patients, and provide staff optimization reporting.
