This is a Pre-solicitation Notice of the US Government's intent to issue a solicitation for the Department of State Office of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the US Embassy in Tegucigalpa Construction of Corinto Road Dome with self-supporting roof and structural Components, Omoa, Cortés, Honduras. Place of Performance: Corinto check point is located southwest from Omoa city, in the department of Cortés. Approximately 2 hours from San Pedro Sula by car. 15.5934906 N, -88.3702153 W
Period of Performance: 60 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed
Order of Magnitude: Between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 IAW FAR 36.204(C)
Competition Procedures: Full and Open (unrestricted).
Basis of Award: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA)
Contract Type: Hybrid (Firm-Fixed-Price + Cost Reimbursable)
The approximate acquisition schedule is as follows: The synopsis will be posted for at least fifteen (15) days. On or around October 23, 2024, the Government plans to post the solicitation on http://sam.gov. No paper copies will be mailed. Once posted, offerors will have approximately forty-five (45) days to submit proposals. All dates are subject to change.
The Question and Answer (Q&A) period opens with the posting of the solicitation and ends on the date specified in Section L of the solicitation. All announcements and amendments made to the solicitation will be posted to http://sam.gov. Only emails following the Q&A instructions in Section L of the solicitation will be accepted. No other emails or phone calls will be accepted.
Offerors shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses to perform the required work in Honduras. Offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.
This is a pre-solicitation notice, otherwise known as a synopsis (summary). The solicitation pertaining to this notice will be available to all interested vendors.
