(local) EST. Site visit meeting location is the Rosemary Fire Tower. The address is Rosemary Fire Tower Sumter, SC 29144. SITE VISIT ATTENDANCE FOR PRIME CONTRACTORS COMPETING FOR AWARD IS MANDATORY! Any bids from offerors who did not attend mandatory site visit will not be accepted. ******Bids for this solicitation are due no later than Monday, 14 September 2026 / 4:00 P.M. (local) EST. Only electronic bids will be accepted through this solicitation posted on PIEE.
