Bid Description:
The Colchester School District is seeking to hire an individual to serve as Clerk of the Works for the upcoming $30 million addition/renovation of the Porters Point Elementary School in Colchester, Vermont.

Duties will include: monitoring the schedule, coordinating and reviewing testing procedures, samples and results, coordinating other Owner consultants, and working as a liaison between Contractor, Architect and Owner. Experience in all the above areas is required.

The Project is scheduled to begin in September and run for approximately eighteen months. Send resume, price proposal, and a list of experience on similar projects (along with contact person and phone number) no later than July 31, 2025 to:
