5P468-25-0017/A Stage 2 - Brock's Monument Rehabilitation Project, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Parks Canada

REQUIREMENT
Parks Canada require service for the masonry construction rehabilitation project on Brock’s Monument located in Queenston Height Park, Niagara-on-the-lake includes full repointing and the installation of lead sheet roofing and lead-coated cooper flashings. The work includes but is not limited to:
• the supply, installation and removal of the temporary accessing path leading to the work zone area;
• the supply installation and removal of working scaffolding including tarps and heating at the lower portion;
• the supply of qualified masons to perform masonry rehabilitation work: full chipping and repointing of mortar joints, limited stone replacement and mortar repair;
• the supply and installation of lead membrane roofing on the lions level platform.
• Lead coated copper flashings.
TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS
This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
The estimated contract period will be 19 month(s).
