RFP #2377-01 Rodent-Proof Containerization for Trash, Recycling, and Compost

Addendum No. 1 and 2 have been released.

The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) is seeking proposals (Proposal or Proposals) from qualified partners (Proposers) to furnish and install containerized enclosure systems for trash, recycling and compostable waste streams for rodent prevention for nine (9) waste corral locations at the following BHA four (4) sites in Brighton, MA: three adjacent developments at Commonwealth Family, Commonwealth Elderly, and Washington Street; and the Patricia White apartments. This service is funded by a one-time appropriation and up to $240,000 is available.

Proposers responding to this RFP are required to submit one (1) original and shall provide one (1) electronic copy of the non-fee portion of their proposal on a non-returnable USB flash drive to: BHA Contract Office, Ben Liang, Director of Procurement, Boston Housing Authority, 52 Chauncy Street Boston, MA 02111, no later than 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, by mail or hand delivery. This submission should be in a single file in Adobe Acrobat PDF format although Microsoft Office file formats (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) are also acceptable.
