Invitation for Bid
IFB #6804 Intercom Installation
Guilford County Schools seeks qualified low-voltage integration firms for the installation and
commissioning of new IP Intercom Systems across sixteen (16) school facilities. The primary
objective is to modernize campus communication using a Valcom IP-based solution. Sealed
bids will be received by Guilford County Schools Purchasing Department until 2:00 pm EST on
Tuesday, March 3,2026 and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026 @ 8:30 am in the Media
Center at Southwest High School 4634 Barrow Rd, High Point, NC. Site visits will be held
immediately after and continue daily through February 13, 2026. Please see the bid document
for the visit schedule.

Guilford County Board of Education awards public contracts without regard to race, religion,
