Description
Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a customizable outdoor recreation management platform from Ideal Logic as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the services and the contractor being the single provider of the services. The program requires a fully customizable platform that can meet the needs of a university peer-led outdoor recreation program. Services must be scalable to a small program with a scope of 40-50 trips per academic year, 200-500 participants per academic year, 500-600 pieces of equipment tracked in the system, 4-5 Sponsor Certification Courses (WFR, WFA, Swift water) per academic year, 3 Headwater Trips per academic year (Incoming Student Orientation - 10 participants per trip) and 5-10 One-time Events. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at
