Solicitation Description:

Objective of Request for ProposalThe University of Texas at San Antonio (University) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to perform work(Work) more specifically described in Section 5.4 (Scope of Work) of this Request for Proposal (RFP), includingbut not limited to:1. Providing comprehensive maintenance and repair services for the University’s shuttle bus fleet;2. Ensuring all services meet or exceed applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements;RFP No. 743-2026-RFP-1422REQUEST FOR PROPOSALPage 4 of 303. Supporting the operational needs of the University’s Campus Services Parking and Transportation Departmentthrough timely, professional, and cost-effective service delivery.The University intends to award multiple contracts to ensure adequate coverage and responsiveness for its fleetmaintenance needs.
