Project Description: The contract work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, layout accurate centerline. Notch intersections and paved driveways. Clean and tack coat. Place paving fiber mat 24' wide by full length of roadway. Pave using 9.5mm WMA,0-0.3m ESAL,pg64-22, SRL M. 1 1/2" compacted depth approximately 32 ft. wide. Widen paving at inlet boxes. Seal joints with PG64s-22 (do not seal around manhole or water boxes). Raise or lower gas valves, water boxes and sewer lids where needed (lids provided by Township). Contractor cannot proceed until township mills and paves shoulders.
Bids will be based on unit price bid. Contract will be subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Township will provide written Notice to Proceed to the Contractor.
