Description of the Requirement:
Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) is seeking to engage a qualified Proponent to provide professional Facilitators and Designers on an “as-and-when-required” basis.
To meet this need, DFATD requires the services of a qualified corporation capable of delivering, upon request, expertise in the following areas:
A) Approximately 5 Learning designer Junior
B) Approximately 10 Learning designer Intermediate
C) Approximately 10 Learning designer Senior
D) Approximately 5 Training facilitator Junior
E) Approximately 10 Training facilitator Intermediate
F) Approximately 10 Training facilitator Senior
Objective:
The objective of this requirement is to deliver high-quality learning services and products focused on international affairs and leadership. These services aim to support employees in developing the competencies and knowledge essential for operating effectively in global contexts. Key areas of focus include, but are not limited to, international affairs, foreign policy, trade and economic policy, diplomatic tradecraft, advocacy, and geopolitical analysis. The courses and training programs are offered to employees to be responsive to the fast-paced and continuously evolving global landscape.
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s).
