Test Sequence and Timing System NOI

AFTC/PZIA located at Arnold AFB, TN intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Hadland Imaging, LLC. (CAGE Code 5G7A6), to meet the Government’s requirement for two, commercially available Test Sequence and Timing Systems. The authority found a 10 USC 3204(a)(1) applies to this acquisition, which states "The head of an agency may use procedures other than competitive procedures only when the property or services needed by the agency are available from only one source or only from a limited number of responsible source and no other type of property or service will satisfy the needs of the agency." Based on preliminary market research efforts, the Contracting Officer has determined that only one source, Hadland Imaging, LLC., is reasonably available to meet the subject commercial requirement.
