Description of Work:

Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade Development (DFATD) is building a modern and user-friendly Grants & Contributions platform that will effectively deliver and manage consistent data across an enterprise which will facilitate greater innovation

The proponent is required to provide Project Executives (two at contract award, additional resources as and when required) who will provide strategic oversight and leadership for the GCTI project, ensuring the successful development and implementation of a future enterprise system to optimize the management of grants and contributions for the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade, and Development (DFATD)..

Currently there is no incumbent providing the services outlined in this solicitation
