Notice of Intent to Sole Source – Oncotype DX Cancer Testing Services

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, Healthcare Contracting Division–West, intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed-price sole-source contract to Genomic Health, Inc., an Exact Sciences company, for Oncotype DX Cancer Testing Services in support of Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center, Nellis AFB, Nevada.

The requirement is for the specific Oncotype DX branded genomic tumor-testing service and associated report for eligible patients. The contractor shall provide materials necessary for specimen submission, perform required testing at the contractor’s facility, provide written test results and interpretation, and return tissue tumor blocks or unstained slides in accordance with the resulting contract.

The anticipated period of performance is 16 September 2026 through 15 September 2027, with four 12-month option periods and a potential six-month extension. This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source and is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals. Interested sources may submit a capability statement by the response deadline stated in this notice.
