Custom Agreement Expirations

The purpose of Term Contract T3121 Software License, Maintenance, Support and Related
Services Contract is to provide Using Agencies with a mechanism to purchase software products
and associated services through a Software Reseller. Certain purchases required the Division of
Purchase and Property to negotiate and enter into a Custom Agreement with the Software Provider.
A list of those Custom Agreements expiring prior to December 31, 2024 is below. When the
Custom Agreement expires, the software products and associated services will no longer be
available for purchase.
If your agency intends to continue purchasing software products and associated services
from any of the providers listed below, after the Custom Agreement expiration date, you
must notify the Division of Purchase and Property (DPPSoftware@treas.nj.gov) no later than
the date listed below; otherwise, the Custom Agreement will not be renegotiated. It is the
responsibility of the using Agency to send the Providers the necessary intake paperwork
(forms and Terms and Conditions). Please contact Toni Dubernas at
toni.dubernas@tech.nj.gov for the required paperwork for a custom agreement.
