Motorola Consortia Contract
Description:
SUNY Morrisville intends to purchase Police Radios from a contract awarded by Motorola Solutions Inc pursuant to its authority under section 163 (3) (vi), which authorizes the purchases of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors who sell equivalent Police Radios may, if interested, contact John Gunerman to discuss the procurement.
