Craven County Government Center East

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed
"Craven County government Center East" will be received by Craven County at the Craven County
Administration Building located at 406 Craven Street, New Bern, North Carolina 28560, until 3:00 P.M.,
on Tuesday, June 30th, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Commissioner
Room located in the Craven County Administration Building.
Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into
the construction of the Craven County Government Center East. Bidders shall be advised of the results.
Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.
An open Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Monday, June 15th, 2026, at 10:00am at the project site located
at 1208 E. Main Street, Havelock, North Carolina. This meeting will address project specific questions,
issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.
Complete plans and specifications for this project are available free of charge for a Digital Download or
for $350.00 (refundable) deposit by cash or certified check for hard copies. Either format can be
obtained from Oakley Collier Architects, 109 Candlewood Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27804, (252) 937-
2500, or by emailing Ashley Seaman (aseaman@oakleycollier.com ) beginning Monday, June 1st, 2026,
during normal office hours.
