Sealed proposals will be received until 3:00pm on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, in the Commissioner Room at the Craven County Administration Building, 406 Craven Street, New Bern, N.C. 28560 (mail at the same address marked to the attention of Zach Chenoweth) and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the

The Project includes the renovation of a 10,481 square foot existing two-story building. Renovations include selective demolition, new finishes, new steel stud walls, new elevator, and new masonry elevator shaft. Replacement systems for plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. Project also included minor sitework to the existing parking areas and sidewalks.

Bids will be received for Single Prime Contracts. All proposals shall be lump sum.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed

“Craven County government Center East” will be received by Craven County at the Craven County

Administration Building located at 406 Craven Street, New Bern, North Carolina 28560, until 3:00 P.M.,

on Tuesday, June 30th, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Commissioner

Room located in the Craven County Administration Building.

Bids shall be reviewed by the Owner for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into

the construction of the Craven County Government Center East. Bidders shall be advised of the results.
