All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 23 December 2025 at 2:00pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Summary : Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) has a requirement for oceanographic instruments (CTD probes) that would monitor environmental conditions in the Eastern Canadian Arctic. In particular two probes for shallow deployments (approx. 500-600 m) and one probe for a deep deployment (approx. 2500 m) are needed. These instruments would be attached to the mooring and left in the selected locations for approximately 12 months. They would record salinity, temperature, density, dissolved oxygen and fluorometry (shallow deployment moorings only).
