Dans le cadre de la relocalisation des équipements de gaz médicaux du ancien Hopital Royal Victoria vers l'hôpital Neurologique, il sera nécéssaire la construction d'une nouvelle dalle de béton pour accueillir le nouveau système d'oxygène pour le neuro. Ajout de végétation sur site. Installation d'une clôture autour des équipements. Raccordement des équipements au réseau d'oxygène souterrain. Raccordement des nouveaux équipements au réseau d'oxygène souterrain de l'hôpital Neurologique. L'excavation passera sur le terrain du Neuro et une partie sur la voie publique pour connexions des conduits.
