Description
The City seeks a qualified Contractor to oversee the production and execution of the MOCS Justice Fair, delivering a seamless and engaging experience for all attendees. Responsibilities include event planning and scheduling, coordination with MOCS staff, partners, and consultants, venue and permit management, and securing speakers and entertainment. The Contractor will oversee staging, décor, and technical design, manage vendors and on-site staff, ensure accessibility and safety, and provide post-event reporting. All activities must be completed within the approved budget while upholding the Mayor’s Office commitment to community-centered and equity-driven programming.
