Pre-Bid: A non-mandatory site meeting will commence at Flood Middle School, Main Lobby, 490 Chapel Street, Stratford, CT at 3:00PM on Wednesday, 18th June, 2025 for prospective bidders to scope the conditions. Summary: Remove entire ceiling system. Remove all light fixtures. Secure and safe off all ceiling devices to remain and be reinstalled. Install new suspended ceiling system. Install new lighting. Reinstall all existing ceiling devices. ***DO NOT SUBMIT BIDS ELECTRONICALLY***
