The City of Hartford (the “City”) is seeking innovative and cost-effective solutions to establish a full-service grocery store in the North End of Hartford, Connecticut. The successful Respondent is anticipated to be a well-established grocery store chain with a focus on community development, with sufficient financing and a strong operational track record to meet the food security needs of North End residents.
