NASPO ValuePoint Cloud Solutions SHI International Corp. (SHI)
Notice is hereby given that the State of New Jersey intends to enter into a publically advertised
cooperative purchasing agreement for NASPO ValuePoint Cloud Solutions with SHI.
Information regarding the contract may be found on the NASPO ValuePoint Cloud Solutions

The SHI’s contract has a term of September 30, 2016 through September 15, 2026.
Under N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2, the State of New Jersey is authorized to join competitively bid and
awarded cooperative purchasing agreements.
Note the comment period ends with the close of business on December 28, 2020. To ensure that
