Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: procurement and installation of a crane system, the fabrication and installation of a custom flatbed dump bed, and the procurement, rigging and fitting of specified storage boxes and other equipment onto a Western Star 49X
Mandatory Site Visit: None
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: Estimated 4 months. Must be completed by or before FY26 (June 30, 2025.)
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through the completion of the project.
