ITB No. 25-004 Construction Services for Repairs to Howard Coffin Well Casing

The work to be performed under this project consists of the furnishing of all materials, tools, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary for the repair of a well casing via lining. The well site is located within the JWSC Brunswick Service District in the general vicinity of Howard Coffin Park, Brunswick, Glynn County, Georgia, with an assigned address of 1402 Sonny Miller Way, Brunswick, Georgia, 31520. Video inspection of the well has determined that the casing needs repair by installing a 40-foot section of 16-inch liner inside of the casing to an approximate depth of 580 ft. The work components for this repair include brine kill for flow suppression to perform the repairs, joint welding of the casing, cement grouting, pumping equipment and material to fill annulus space, brine plug removal, installation of existing turbine pump and a well pump off to bring well site back online post-repair are listed in the repair scope of work found in the solicitation document.
