Description
The City of Douglas is requesting qualifications and proposals for selection of an Engineering Firm to
provide post-award services for its Department of Natural Resources Land Water Conservation Fund
(LWCF) Grant # 13-01079 (P24AP00606) Eastside Park Improvements. Post-award services will include,
but are not limited to, planning, design, cost estimating, bidding, contracting, construction oversight, quality
control, and project closeout.
Firms interested in submitting proposals for this project are asked to contact Georgia Henderson by email
ONLY at ghenderson@cityofdouglasga.gov with any questions by December 5, 2024 at 2:00PM. The
Statement of Qualifications Form and the RFP scoring criterion can be requested by contacting Georgia
Henderson via email ONLY at ghenderson@cityofdouglasga.gov. Your firm will be asked to mail your
proposal to the following: City Clerk Wynetta J. Bolder, City of Douglas, 302 South Madison Avenue,
