Bid Description:
The Town of Barton seeks to complete a housing needs assessment using 2025 municipal planning grant funding. The Town will use the data driven assessment to set housing goals, identify opportunities and to facilitate housing investment in Barton. The assessment may be used by the Planning Commission for the 2026 Municipal Plan Update and may be used for grant or financing applications by municipal or public/private housing partners.
