Provide and install a 200 kW Diesel Emergency Generator with Automatic Transfer Switch and a Chemical Injection Vault at the City¿s Water Treatment Plant, complete and ready for use. This is a Section 3 Covered Contract and that Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to apply. This project is covered under the requirements of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968.
