Redevelopment Services for Production Well 8-3 & Development of Test Well TB-8-3R

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, in the County of Morris at the Purchasing Office, Municipal Building, 1001 Parsippany Blvd., Parsippany, New Jersey, 07054, on TUESDAY, JANUARY 6, 2026 at 10:00AM prevailing time, at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:

REDEVELOPMENT SERVICES FOR PRODUCTION WELL 8-3, AND

DEVELOPMENT OF TEST WELL TB-8-3R

A non-refundable fee of $75.00 will be required for each set of Bid Documents. Checks should be made payable to the “Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills.”

Bid Documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Office at the above location during regular business hours from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the words “Redevelopment Services for Production Well 8-3, and Development of Test Well TB-8-3R.” Bid proposals must be addressed to the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, 1001 Parsippany Blvd., Parsippany, NJ 07054, Attention: Purchasing Agent. Delivery of bids must be in person, by overnight courier, or by mail. No bids will be accepted is they arrive after the date and time specified.

All bids must be submitted on forms for that purpose to be obtained from Purchasing Agent.

This project includes the following upgrades:

Base Bid:

I. Redevelopment of Production Well 8-3 as per Technical Specifications, Pump Testing, and Reinstallation of Original Pumping Equipment.

II. Development of Test Well TB-8-3R as per Technical Specifications and Pump Testing.

Bidders are required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17:27.

Section 017300, 1.3 of the specifications, indicates that this base bid work shall be completed within 90 calendar days of the date the contract is signed. Each supplemental bid item awarded, shall increase substantial completion date by 14 days.

The Township of Parsippany‑Troy Hills reserves the right to waive minor immaterial formalities in any proposal and to reject any or all proposals in accordance with applicable law.
