To provide and supply inspection services as well as complete construction management, controls and support services for all pipeline construction activities including:

Construction and Contract Management
-
Pipeline Construction Quality Assurance
-
Project Planning and Controls
-
Safety Planning and Management
-
Pipeline Inspection Resource Management
-
Environment Planning and Coordination
In order to be considered for this bid list, proponents must indicate they can meet the following mandatories, complete attached Appendix A document.

Construction and inspection control services will be self-performed
-
Similar recent previous experience provided
-
Proponent, or any member of the proponent, is not in dispute with SaskEnergy, TransGas or its’ subsidiaries involving mediation, arbitration or litigation
