PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A pre-bid conference will not be scheduled for this project.

QUESTIONS: Submit all questions in writing to procurement@tuckerga.gov. Reference ITB

#2026-014 in the subject line of the email.

ADDENDA: Responses to the questions received will be by addenda and will be posted on the

City website www.tuckerga.gov/bids and the DOAS/Georgia Procurement Registry Website. The

signed acknowledgement issued with each addendum must be submitted with the proposal. It is

the vendors responsibility to verify if any addenda were created.

SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: Vendor shall submit ITB Response electronically to

procurement@tuckerga.gov so it is received no later than June 4, 2026, at 2:00pm EST with the

subject line “Submittal: ITB #2026-014”. The email must contain the vendor’s contact

information. Bid Submittal should be one PDF file and named <Company Name>.ITB 2026-

014.Bid Submittal.pdf. Email will be opened to confirm receipt of the submittal, but the attached

PDF file will remain unopened until the public bid opening.

BID OPENING: All bids received prior to the deadline will be opened publicly at 2:00pm EST

on June 4, 2026 at Tucker City Hall located at 1975 Lakeside Parkway, Suite 350, Tucker GA.

BID SUBMITTALS: A listing of submittals received prior to the bid deadline will be posted on

the City website http://tuckerga.gov/bids following the opening of the bids.

Tucker reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part, to waive any formalities to make

an award and to re-advertise in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to consider

past performance in determining the responsibleness of bidders.

The city reserves the right to negotiate pricing and may, in its discretion, award a contract to the

lowest responsible and responsive bidder submitting the proposal.

Exhibit A: Scope of Work

PURPOSE, INTENT AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The City of Tucker (City), requests that interested parties submit formal electronic bids for stormwater

system conduit repairs at seven (7) locations.

The complete scope, specifications, and other relevant information for ITB 2026-014 is available for

download on the City of Tucker website: www.tuckerga.gov/bids, the DOAS/Georgia Procurement

Registry Website or request via email to procurement@tuckerga.gov.

SCOPE OF WORK

The project is also referred to as Task Order 44.

The work required under this contract includes furnishing materials, qualified labor, equipment, traffic

control, erosion control, and site restoration at each location as described in the accompanying

construction plans.

1. Conduct all activities as described in accompanying plans, details and exhibits.

2. Seed and straw all disturbed areas.

3. Clean work area.

LOCATION NOTES

1. 2119 / 2129 Spencers Way

a. Scope:

i. Dig and replace 40 lf of 24” diameter SRCMP at downstream end.

ii. Hydrovac bottom of existing junction box structure MH-1.

iii. Dig and replace 24 lf of 24” diameter HDPE.

iv. Backfill around existing junction box structure MH-1.

v. Replace 24” diameter pipe headwall denoted as S_26132.

vi. Internal point repair at 90 feet downstream from catch basin, 10 lf of 24” CMP

invert.

vii. Clear and grub any existing landscape / trees in the easement as necessary gain

access to conduct the excavation. Replace with grass seed that matches existing

grass.

viii. Grout pipe connections at all affected structures.

ix. Back fill sinkholes along segment

x. Clean work area.

2. 6091 Windsong Way

a. 175 linear feet of 48” diameter CMP. Scope:

i. Internal Point Repair of last 20 feet of 48” diameter CMP by way of restoring the

invert base to receive a subsequent cured in place inlining -see accompanying

exhibit.

ii. Cleaning of the 175 linear foot segment, less than 25% full

iii. Rebuild Invert of existing grate inlet junction box.

iv. Cured in place pipe lining of the 175 linear foot segment under Windsogn Way,

48” diameter pipe.

v. Bypass pumping.

vi. Grout pipe connections at junction box structures.

vii. Back fill sinkholes along segment

iii. Internal Point Repair of 40 feet of 24” diameter CMP by way of restoring the invert

base to receive a subsequent cured in place inlining -see accompanying exhibit.

iv. Cured in place pipe lining of the 90 linear foot segment under Juliette Road, 24”

diameter pipe.

v. Bypass pumping.

vi. Replace 24” headwall denoted as S_14611 with a new flared end section headwall;

vii. Grout pipe connections at all structures.

viii. Back fill sinkholes along segment

ix. Clean work area.

base to receive a subsequent cured in place inlining -see accompanying exhibit.

iii. Cured in place pipe lining of the 175 linear foot segment under Hugh Howell Road,

30” diameter pipe.

iv. Grout pipe connections at all structures.

v. Back fill sinkholes along segment

vi. Clean work area.

base to receive a subsequent cured in place inlining -see accompanying exhibit.

iii. Cured in place pipe lining of the 70 linear foot segment under Vancouver Drive and

Canadian Way, 24” diameter pipe.

iv. Grout pipe connections at all structures.

v. Back fill sinkholes along segment

vi. Clean work area.

iii. Internal Point Repair of 30 feet of 24 diameter CMP by way of restoring the invert
