Harris Dam Shoreline Rehabilitation
Synopsis:

WSA intends to engage an engineering consultant to complete the following work, summarized at a high level as follows.
This RFQ for Engineering Services refers to work required at Harris Reservoir, Harris Main Dam and Harris Dike 3. The work includes detailed design for as-needed repairs to existing rip rap but may also include repairs to areas experiencing erosion and excessive vegetation. The successful respondent shall review available background information, conduct field inspections and investigations if required, and develop a plan for mitigating the identified issues. Based on an approved list of priority repairs, the successful respondent will complete the detailed design, develop construction procurement documents, assist in competitive selection of a contractor and will provide engineering services during construction, commissioning and closeout.

Additional Information:

WSA is a Treasury Board Crown corporation within the meaning of The Crown Corporations Act, 1993 (Saskatchewan) that is governed by The Water Security Agency Act (Saskatchewan). WSA is responsible for water management in the Province of Saskatchewan, which includes managing the Province’s water supply, protecting water quality, ensuring safe drinking water and the treatment of wastewater, reducing flood and drought damage, protecting aquatic habitat, and managing dams and related supply channels.
